Do angels have free will if they can fall out of grace with God?
It seems.humans arent the only ones who have free will, sometimes I think humans are the fallen angels entrapped in bodies with amnesia to see if we can get right with God again since man fell from paradise

All Angels of GOD were created by HIM from HIS Radiants , they all obey all the orders of GOD and never use their freewill to violate HIS commandments, so they all are infallible because never commit any sin. Then do not mind about their being fallen angels .Human created from clay of the earth having freewill to choose between right and wrong , good and bad, justice and injustice. Adam and Eve fall from the Garden of Eden because of their forgetfulness in eating from the forbidden tree , as GOD warn them not to eat if eaten then have to leave the garden, so satan the open enemy of mankind cause them to forget, then eaten it. Both, mankind and satan then being send down by GOD to live on this earth , by becoming enemies to each others till the last hour of the world comes.

Yes, they do. But strictly speaking, it was spirits, not angels, who rebelled against God. After the war in heaven, there was nobody left in heaven who would have dreamed of disobeying God or sinning.

Obviously this is true. It begs the question: can souls can reform in hell and rise to heaven? How safe is our position in heaven if angels can fall from grace?

They certainly were not created as robots. Revelation describes satan trying to thwart the birth of Christ on Earth, being defeated, and then "Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back but was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down, that ancient serpent called the devil, or satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth and his angels with him." (12:1-12)
Never mind falling out of grace - they fell out of Heaven! Those angels who followed satan are better known as demons.
Humans were never angels at any stage. God directly created the first humans as superior to the animals but "a little lower than the angels" (Hebrews 2:7). We cannot get right with God by our own efforts. Only what the Son of God did, by becoming one of us, can we then put total faith in Him and be shown God's grace, Heaven opening up to us.

Of course they have free will. Certainly you didn't think he created a race of slaves to serve his every whim.

Nice theory. Unfortunately, there's no basis for it, in either Judaism or Christianity.

Angels get one act of the will then they are in heaven or hell for all eternity.

To know about your doubts, you should enroll in our Bible school, you will see that many things will be revealed to you, and your doubts will disappear.
The Angels of God were created Perfect, unlike us humans, who are imperfect. In fact, in the past there have been Angels of God who, in free will, rebelled against God, even committing sins against God's law.
God used His infinite Love, He granted Him a forgiveness, but the angels rejected God's Love and forgiveness, for this reason, God cast them out of His kingdom, and they became Demons.
For the former Angels of God, there will be NO more forgiveness, because they have sinned with their PERFECTION!
Instead, we humans are imperfect, that is why God can forgive us many times, if we sin against Him, and if we repent, He will forgive us, if we ask Him for forgiveness, and not to sin, asking Him to help us NOT to sin, through our prayers.
So, there is a big difference between humans and Angels, Human beings were created to fill the planet Earth, the Angels for God's Paradise.
When God's judgment comes, we will be in his kingdom, along with the Angels, and many people will go to hell with the Demons.
Was the lesson clear? Doubts? Other questions? Ok!

Of course. Angels were the first creatures to sin.
Job 4:18-19 NLT — “If God does not trust his own angels
and has charged these messengers with foolishness, how much less will he trust people made of clay!
They are made of dust, crushed as easily as a moth.
One third of the angels chose to rebel against God with Satan, and followed him to earth where they served him until God cast them all into hell.
2 Peter 2:4 KJV — For God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment
Jude 1:6 KJV — And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
