How parents can track their kid's Internet activities? ?

    There are many programs which make it east.. and you cannot find them unless you know exactly where and what  to look for, unless you have a good hacker hunt it up for you.

    It could be a simple program on your computer or it could be a program on the modem or router.. ITS EASY for them to do.

    I mean, you could build a healthy relationship with them where they feel comfortable talking about things they see on the Internet.

    Or you could spy on them and sow distrust that lasts well into adulthood. It's your choice.

    They can easily install software to track. You won't know it's there.

    search internet for software that does this and install on the machine when kids aren't around. don't tell them you did this. check the logs it creates when they're asleep

    Superior IT skills gained over 25 years certainly helps, otherwise there are monitoring programs for all devices that can generate a report of all activity on and off the internet.
