Will New Zealand become a global superpower due to their masterful handling of COVID-19?

    Even if their handling of Covid-19 were masterful, which it wasn't, if they were capable of becoming a superpower they would already be one.

    No, it's a small country which is geographically isolated from the rest of the world. It also doesn't have a lot of natural resources. It can do very well for itself but it will never be any kind of "Superpower".

    No, it's a liberal bias, just because they have a woman prime minister, doesn't mean she can turn the country into a superpower, NZ has less than 5 millions of population and any leader could handle it with ease.

    This question is a reminder of the left wing bias of the MSM.  Australia's handling has been better but Australia has a conservative PM so therefore the MSM ignores it.
