how do I reset the immobilizer in my Toyota Prius. ?

how do I reset the immobilizer in a Toyota Prius? the car is not starting. I have changed the battery and still not working. 

I had 2 sets of keys in the care together, did that mess it up?

    There are youtubes on that. Watch a few....do what they say.....joy.

    Make sure you put the FOB battery back in with the + on the correct side.

    Immobilizers should recognize the correct key automatically. To my knowledge there is no reset procedure.

    What makes you think the immobilizer is the reason your vehicle won't run?

    It's usually a dead battery in the car that causes no run conditions.

    Replace the battery in the fob.  Take the other keys out of the ring.  Use a spare fob. No luck, time for a tow to a dealer.  Immobilizer transponder in ignition could be bad.
