What is this baking tool called?

We use it as a heating core to put in our calzones and lasagna. We need to buy more but we can't find out what they're called. Thanks! Here's a picture

so ask your food service representative. HE or SHE would know. I say this because your question makes it sound like you are cooking at a facility and not at home.

You might try a bar supply store. Or just take on to a local restaurant wholesaler and ask them.

If it fits in lasagna, it's way too small  to be a chicken rest.

It's a stand to roast a chicken on. It has nothing to do with calzones or pizza.

Lace,  it is used spikes upwards, to spear the chicken onto [upright] to stand on a tray in the oven, so it does'nt sit in its juices.
