If Twitter is banned in China, why are CCP government officials posting on Twitter?

    It's banned for the general population, not for high Party officials and propaganda units.

    British courts banned a lot of the American movie sites but people still watch them using proxies. I don't know why anyone bothers trying to ban websites, it's easy to swap IP addresses with an address that is allowed to view the content. The only way it would work is if the whole world united, like that's ever going to happen.
