why is it that anyone else in the world can immigrate and work in Europe , but Americans can't?
if an American just went over to Italy and said "Hi, I just moved here from the USA and want to work in your country"...what they would say? what if just did it anyways? are many Americans over in Europe illegally? how do they earn a living?
I mean besides if you are like a top notch scientist or CEO or etc

Any citizen of the EU can work in any other EU country.
The same doesn't apply for any other country; including America. They all face the same visa requirements.
The US is the same - if you're a citizen of the US, you can move to any other state to live and work. Those from other countries require visas.

Most the Americans that live and work in EU members states are either married to locals and have a spousal visa, or have acquired citizenship of that country through marriage and are entitled to live and work there, or have citizenship through ancestry if they have a parent or grandparent from there (and have the paperwork to prove it). Others live and work in EU members states as professionals in specific fields of expertise, or are in the US army bases there.

Nothing in your "question" is true.
Very, very few Americans are in Europe illegally.

why is it that anyone else in the world can immigrate and work in European Union?
Because you live in lala-land. Unless you have workskills that are needed here, you can join the literal millions who are stuck in refugeecamps and/or risk their bacon to try and get into the EU

That's not true. "Anyone else" can't immigrate and work in Europe. They have visas and immigration rules just as the US and other countries do.

Europeans mind Americans have settled in countries for independence with signed papers.
You need to adapt their requirements.

The EU and UK are very little different to USA having the Green Card system.....

Probably Europeans dread the thought of any of our fright-wingers getting in.

Americans are not very welcome. They shout and never stop talking and they are overweight and they are so dumb that they can’t even point to their own country on a map. No eloquence.

NonWhite Americans can. I know some black Americans who were able to immigrate to Italy.
