An Orthographic Drawing is a three view drawing showing the part from, usually, Front, Top, and Right Side. for clarity is may substitute the Bottom, Rear and or Left side but these must be clearly indicated on the drawing.
An Isometric drawing is a 3-D object projection showing the three views as one solid object.
The differences are the number of drawings, 3 vs 1.
Way of dimensioning the object.
The method of showing hidden details.
These are usually sectional views.
