Is it okay to eat breakfast at 4:12 in the am?

Sure, why not if you're hungry?

Ultimately it doesn’t matter what time you eat any meal. The only thing that makes a difference is the duration of time between eating a meal and going to sleep. If you sleep immediately after a meal, your body isn’t at “rest” and will be digesting through the night instead of recuperating.

Yep. It's still morning and if you're hungry to the point where your stomach is growling then it's best to listen to your body and eat something. Hope this helps.

By definition, breakfast is literally 'breaking a fast' and is called breakfast because it's typically the first meal of the day, after having fasted from supper the day before, through the night (usually the longest # of hours between meals, for most people). So, if you wake up at 4 AM or earlier to start your day, then whatever your first meal is, is your 'breakfast' and it can be at whatever time suits you.

Only if you enjoy being obese with a strong likelihood of stomach cancer.

Yep. I do that almost every day. If you can't sleep, might as well have breakfast!
