The best option is put the roof in the shade with an elevated sheet metal roof over the top of the concrete roof.  Concrete in the sun will get hot enough to fry an egg.  You can reduce it to air temperature by putting it in the shade.

the best solution is to  construct a timber pitched  steel roof at least 12 inches above the concrete roof .  This will act as a good insulator

Paint the exterior with two coats of white exterior masonry paint and insulate the underside with 50 mm insulation boards. You can use a grab adhesive to stick the boards up as they weigh very little.

At least the radiation part.  You still have conduction from ambient air temperature.  But a 100 degrees is a lot less than 140 degrees.

Insulation - keeps heat out as well as in. Ideally insulate from outside, but depends on construction as you have to secure it in place. Otherwise on the underside. Loads of options available these days. Quick fix is to reflect sunlight off the roof, so use solar (white or siiver) paint on surface. Or do both, of course.
