Nope.  It is basically televised arbitration. The winner still gets a settlement plus whatever they get to be on TV. The loser gets paid as well. If you think about it, they both win.

No, she is a retired judge and just deals with civil cases now, there is no contempt of court in civil court.

Judge Judy is merely televised arbitration hearings. It is not court. The show just sets things up to appear as though it's a courtroom, even though it isn't.

No one can be held in contempt of court there any more than they could be held in contempt of court in a 7-11.

She's an Arbitrator, not a Judge.  Some years ago, and it's probably available on line, she DID tell someone she was in contempt of Court and the media jumped all over Judge Judy for exceeding the boundaries of an arbitrator.

No. She is a retired judge not an acting one. Her show is not an actual court it is an arbitration of real-life small claim disputes within a simulated courtroom set] Prior to the proceedings, all parties involved must sign arbitration contracts agreeing to Sheindlin's ruling, handling and production staff management.

Also, the producers pay all parties who appear, whether they win or not.

no.... as the show's disclaimer states nobody involved in the show is an actual court officer...Judy has no more power than an independent arbitrator and the bailiff has no more power than a private security guard...

She is a real Judge even if it's a small claims court she can hold you in contempt.

It's not a small claims court or an actual court of any kind.
