Mahogany Rush also known as Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush(the songs Stories of a hero, the king who stole the universe, tales of spanish warrior, child of novelty are great)

Budgie(awesome hard rock band one of heaviest of their era just listen to Napolean Bona Parts 1 & 2, Homicidal Suicidal, Breadfan)

UFO(songs Love to Love, Rock Bottom, On with the action)

Bob Seger he is iconic but most people don't know his early stuff lot different than what he became known for (the songs Death Row, Lucifer, 2 plus 2, intervenous eyes, river deep mountain high are prime examples)

Bloodrock real creepy sounding band from Texas(songs DOA, Fantastic piece of Architecture, timepiece, kool aid kids)

The group Ladies' Code, they're not really unknown, but definitely very under-appreciated imo. They have really great music and gorgeous voices. They've been through a very sad loss, two actually, during their second year since debut which most people seem to know them for sadly. Unfortunately they halted their group activities, but the members stated that they would focus on their solo careers now.

Sojung seems to be very active in music at the moment, she's got an extremely beautiful voice and I definitely recommend her solo music if you like softer songs (and if you don't mind listening to music in other languages, haha) - Stay Here and Crystal Clear are good starters ^-^

Virtually unknown applies to most independent (indie) artists who perform only on a regional basis and don't have a record label promoting (and controlling) them.

Because of this, there is an enormous amount of great music out there that no one but a few know about and can appreciate.

Also because of this, I have never heard, probably, 99.9% of what there is to hear, and that percentage probably applies to everybody.

So, all I can do is give you a few names of artists that I know of. One in particular, who I became aware of only in November of last year, is amazingly talented. I listen to her songs and I wonder why she isn't all over the radio while some of the crap out there today is sold in the millions.

You can find her music on Spotify, and some on You Tube.  Look up Sarah Eide (pronounced 'ayda'.  She released a new song about six weeks ago called 'Pour Over Me' that is just a beautiful, soulful piece.  She is a classically-trained pianist. I love her work. I have seen her perform several times, and if not for the lockdown, would have been to a few more performances, both her own and with other local musicians. In the meantime, she has been making music from home and sharing it on her Facebook page.

    The Unlikely Candidates

      - Their music is really good just by itself IMO, and then I got to see them live last year, and somehow their performance made their music even better, it blew my mind honestly. They're easily my favorite band of all time at this point.

    The Treble

     - I don't know them as well as the above band, but the songs I know I love a lot and listen to on repeat. They're also even more unknown

    David Hodges

      - My favorite songwriter. Also a key player in the bands: Arrows and Athens, Trading Yesterday. He's had a hand in writing some very famous songs (like A Thousand Years by Christina Perri), and has written for Kelly Clarkson, 5sos, and lots more. Below song is his band's version of the song he wrote for 5sos

Some other songs I've been listening to on repeat this past few weeks:

    Monsters - Diztord

    Be Good - Roseburg

Say You Believe - Midnight Divide

    Pilgrims - New Dialogue

I could go on for awhile, most of my music is unfortunately not very well known. I get to thank Spotify for introducing me to all these artists/music. Except for David Hodges, I've known about him for years.
