Quarantine with my partner?
Me and my husband have been together for 7 years but he has always worked very hard. How do we share roles and continue the love because it’s so easy to quarrel

It is very difficult to quarrel with someone that you truly empathise with. Sometimes we can disagree on a point. We argue it academically bringing up pros and cons. But to quarrel? That is a sign of attempting to control someone else. Not a sign of empathy and love. Concentrate on what YOU do not on what HE does and you will be much happier. Encourage him to work with you not against you. Reward him by showing your joy when he does give you what you need or want. There is NOTHING that gives me as much pleasure as knowing I have managed to put a smile on my girl's face. I don't just mean that she is happy. That is wonderful of course. But the feeling that I have helped make her happy is a real joy. And of course she repays the favour herself. I am spoiled rotten. There is simply no room for quarreling when we have so much going for us.

Plan your days/week/months/years...
Thank God Lowe's and Home Depot are open and they have great service and delivery.
You can remodel your home, paint walls, change furniture, upgrade back yard, plant apple trees, climbing roses, grape vines, tomatoes and other vegetables for fun, build a shed, a green house for later, spice up your curb appeal... dig a pool for you and a fish pond for him, then send him fishing on a boat for good.

You can still go outside, take a walk. just remember 6 feet away from others. Share some movies on TV.

Hug him three times a day and tell him you love his company (without requiring anything in return). There are times in all our lives when we have an accelerated need to be cherished and adored. This is one of those times. Be cherished company and it will be returned.

It's probably harder on him, since he's used to working outside of the house. Ask him what jobs he doesn't mind doing, and when he does them, thank him for helping you. You do the rest without complaint. He will appreciate that. Also, work outside when you can. Working in the yard is therapeutic.

"it’s so easy to quarrel"
It's also easy to eat an entire pint of ice cream in one sitting.
A wee bit of self-discipline solves both problems.
