This is bogus.  The ability to roll the tongue is learned.  It is not genetically inherited, and we've known this from identical twin studies conducted in 1952.  A later study confirmed the "learned" aspect.

Your thoroughly behind-the-times teacher wants you to say

"No.  Your UU individual will always pass the dominant U allele to his progeny, and thus all of his progeny will have the ability to roll the tongue."

A homozygous dominant individual cannot make children who have the recessive trait

Even if their partner is homozygous recessive?
