Is it possible to be happy even without a good family?

I am sorry you are feeling down. Yes, it is possible: "The key to ultimate happiness is to let go of worry and regret and to know that being happy is one of life's most satisfying feelings. Allow positive and uplifting thoughts to outshine and overwhelm any sadness hidden in the recesses of your mine. Knowing that disease and disaster are a natural part of life is the key to overcoming adversity with a calm and happy spirit. Happiness is waiting for you, only you can choose whether or not to receive it." (2000 year old Chinese Philosophy). Emotions follow thoughts, take control of your thought life>

Yes, but is it possible for you? We cannot possibly know.

Yes, and one way is focusing on and asking for blessing and help of the Holy Family model (Jesus, Mary, and Joseph).
Another way is honoring the roles, as Confucius noted, while realizing that the officers are imperfect.
A third way is learning of the above, and being a pioneer good family person, much as Abraham began a new line of Light.
