Is it not good for health to eat 6 eggs per day?

I put two eggs into each meal.

Breakfast - two half-boiled eggs

Lunch - two eggs fried with noodles

Dinner - two eggs with burger

Sometimes supper - two eggs with toast

Two instead of one because it's a habit from my early days. I just feel like one is not enough. Anyway, is 6-8 eggs a day unhealthy?

I prefer 3 eggs over easy next to two buttermilk biscuits covered in porkfried gravy with butter on top. Two polish sausages fried. 3 pancakes with butter and syrup. 3 toast with butter and jelly.  A small glass of orangejuice.  And a coffee.  O, and hash browns.  There is nothing like a big fat dish of cholesterol, carbohydrates and carcinogens to start off the day of a warrior about to go out and fight a battle.  Now all I have to do is find a battle to help me burn off all this energy.  Or just get fatter.  That is easier.

Eggs come out of the same hole on a chicken that they poop, pee and have sex with. It`s called the cloaca. Wash it all you want, it still came out of a chicken`s butt. And now you know. Still want to eat butt hole eggs? LOLOL

No eggs aren't unhealthy, but the toast and noodles are not healthy whatsoever.

You will get more than your daily ration of cholesterol from that many eggs.

  • 6 eggs a day with yolks is definitely way too much. At the most , I would eat no more than 1-2 yolks a day. I usually eat 2 yolks with my breakfast.

Six eggs a day is terrible for anyone. Though eggs are very nutritious and can be an excellent part of a healthy diet, it’s usually recommended that one eat no more than 2-3 eggs a week (with yolks). Egg whites can be eaten more often or you can try an egg substitute (found in cold/deli store area. Six eggs a day is adding way too much cholesterol to your diet/body. You should definitely cut way down ASAP.

I don't know how healthy it is, but your question reminded me of a joke.

"I et six eggs this morning."

    "You mean 'ate'."

"Maybe it was eight eggs that I et."
