Is seagull edible?
There are a lot of seagulls in my home town and they’re a menace. I was thinking I could set traps to catch them, then kill them, then feed them to poor people. This would solve the problem of seagulls and also solve the problem of hunger.

A seagull picked up a chihuahua in Devon, England, and flew off with it in its beak. The dog is still missing. British seagulls have killed at least

They're technically edible.
They also don't taste great; and in many places it's illegal to kill them.

Yes but keep in mind you're edible too. The connoisseurs call you long pork.

They eat garbage and all sorts of stuff. I would no more eat a seagull than I would a rat they eat pretty much the same thing.

They are carrion birds. You don't even want to know what they will eat. And what they eat will translate into what you eat if you roast one up.

i would hope not, leave them alone, poor seagulls

They are scavengers and will eat any thing. UGH!

In the US, it is illegal to kill gulls for any reason under the Migratory Bird Act. Apparently, seagulls are more important to the environment than you think.

They are edible, but taste horrible, as do all scavengers. (You wouldn't serve vultures to people, would you?)
By the way, your "setting traps" for them would NOT "solve the problem of hunger"; since you can not "set traps" the world over.
