Why has the Trump administration proposed cutting the budget for the Center for Disease Control in the middle of a global pandemic?
The president’s budget request this month for the fiscal year that begins in October would cut the C.D.C.’s budget by almost 16 percent, and the Health and Human Services Department’s by almost 10 percent. The proposal’s $3 billion in cuts to global health programs included a 53 percent cut to the World Health Organization and a 75 percent cut to the Pan American Health Organization.

Health has always been a low priority for the Trump administration. Trump's 2021 budget is a joke.
The coronavirus epidemic only serves to highlight the short-sightedness and callousness of the Trump administration.

Because America is broke and whatever money they can still syphon off to billionaire GOP donors must be syphoned off to GOP billionaire donors.
Trump is the result of 40+ years of boomer head-up-asseness.
''We are so great'' ''We worked so hard'' 'The government never helped us'' ''we did it all ourselves''.
Never have so many been given so much and been so ungrateful.

All of these attacks are nothing but election year lies.
