When a president hollows out all the agencies and bureaucracy, can the country then be prepared if a pandemic hits?

Republicans say less government is better. That's why our instructions currently are, go die quietly and don't disturb the economy.

Funny you mention that, because Trump asked Congress for more money to deal with the Coronavirus, but OF COURSE the Democrats are delaying so that people DIE and people like you can stand on the graves of the dead and yell about Trump.
Your TDS is such that dead people don't bother you, if you can use it to attack Trump. Likely you are planning to kill people using guns and pretending to be a Trump supporter right now.

Trump’s swift action to seal our borders seems to be working. We are very lucky to have him. Remember Obongo proposing to bring Africans infected with Ebola to the United States to infect whitey?

Keeping agencies available so they can function when needed is all that is requited.
Liberals just love to throw money at problems and the idle employees waste assets.- Then spend their time creating mischief.
