what would happen if i ate an entire box of special k strawberry cereal in one sitting?

I have eaten an entire 11.07 oz bag of special k in one sitting. What will happen to me?

    You would probably be full. Then the sugar from all the simple carbs will hit your system and you’ll get a big sugar kick, then you’ll probably have a strong comedown when your insulin kicks in.

    For me, it would make me feel nasty.
