You do not say if the item has to be soft so here are soft and firmer items.
cream cheese and or other soft cheesessticky ricemashed potatoes if it does not need to be soft potatoes just steamed would work jicama but it is firm

Creamed Coconut blocks might work, but they're very high fat.
