Legal Counsel are always expected to cooperate and work with opposing parties and counsel. Do libs not even know this basic fact??

Update:

It's a far cry from conspiring with or taking order from them. 

It means not being obstructionist. 

Jeez, aren't obstruction and being uncooperative what they're beeyatchin' about?

    No, the jury foreman does not get together with the defendant and figure out that they will acquit the defendant before the trial begins. So it's YOU who needs to understand what's really going on. It's wrong and it's never happened before.
