    Only supplements will push the iron level. Oftentimes, women need iron by infusion over some weeks but most doctors are plain...idiots.

    Not really, they contain little to no iron.

    One large egg contains about 5% of your daily recommended iron intake. This, along with all other nutritional information, can be easily searched online with Google by anyone capable of reading and writing.
